Got a new server and new internet access.  Court archive is back and so am I!!!

I'm trying to find a new way to locate witnesses in the new court log files. 
 For now Witnesses are just ignores.
      
      To do:
      ------------------------------------------------------ 
      - Statistic page. 
      - OR in the search
      - Make bold all occurence of what a user searched EVERYWHERE
      - Reencode to HTLM special chars when passing them to other docs
        (this was causing problems when searching for non ASCII char)
      - A bug in netscape add spaces when I double <B> tags under <I> tags
        (Search for a witness name in the simple search to reproduce)
        (realy don't know what to do for this one)
      - Read ALL logs and define categories. Maybe I could ask someone 
        if he wants to be anmin so he can do the dirty job for me :)
